If Tigase XMPP server does not have a valid license file, or cannot contact the licensing server to obtain installation id and attached licences, the server will initiate retries. If these retries are not successful after a random amount of time and 10 tries, the server will then shutdown. If you are experiencing this in error, please contact Tigase.
