Tigase like any XMPP server supports storing of messages for users who are offline so that they may receive messages sent to them while they were not logged in.
By default, Tigase MessageAmp processor is responsible for storing offline messages, and will automatically store offline messages. This guide has multiple
sections for setting limits globally, per user, and others.
Many of the features listed here require the use of the Advanced Message Processor Plugin which is turned on by default. To
ensure AMP is turned on your system, view your config.tdsl file and be sure the following is there in your plugins line:
